All of our GPs are able and well qualified to care for you during your pregnancy. It’s really important to regularly check in with your GP during your pregnancy and beyond – we can help manage your physical and mental health and wellbeing, as well as monitoring your baby’s health and development, regardless of the mode of care that you choose for your pregnancy management.

We are pleased to be able to provide high-quality, ongoing antenatal care for our patients.

Dr Jenny Maxwell, Dr Jackie Quach and Dr Bernie O’Connor provide specialist antenatal shared care, in partnership with the Royal Women’s Hospital, Werribee Mercy Hospital and the Joan Kirner Women’s and Children’s Hospital at Western Health.

Dr Maxwell and Dr Quach undertook additional training in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and continues to develop their skills and expertise through further education and ongoing accreditation as a shared care provider.

If you are planning a pregnancy, or if you would like to discuss your pregnancy management options, please book an appointment here.

Continuity of care during pregnancy is integral for women to feel confident during this exciting but also sometimes overwhelming time in their lives - it is an absolute honour to be able to provide them with this support.
