Mental Health Services

Mental health problems are common, and we know it can be hard to discuss them.  The truth is that modern-day life can be very stressful, and we believe most people will sometimes experience symptoms of depressed mood or anxiety.  Please come and talk to us; we want to help you, and it is better to seek help early. We offer a safe, confidential space for you to discuss any problems you might have.  We appreciate that everyone is different and will work with you to develop a personalised treatment plan. We believe in a holistic approach to mental health; medication can be part of treatment, but we also talk about sleep, exercise, diet and psychology.

If you want to see a psychologist, we can work with you to complete a mental health care plan, making funding available from Medicare towards the cost.  If you would feel more comfortable getting help in our clinic, some of our doctors offer focused psychological strategies consultations.

Dr Ivana will start offering focused psychological consultations to women suffering from mood disorders due to peri/menopausal transition from November 2023.

Dr Euan and Dr Jenny provide shared care prescribing of clozapine.
